Chotteylal & Sons is Hiring — Online Sales Executive (2 Openings)

Chotteylal & Sons is a heritage silver gifting and bridal accessories brand, trusted by families since 1950, with showrooms in Karol Bagh and Gurgaon and a growing online presence at chotteylal.com. We're expanding our online sales team and looking for 2 Online Sales Executives to join us.

What you'll do:

- Handle incoming inquiries across our online channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, calls)
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through our bridal essentials, wedding essentials, and 999-purity silver coin ranges
- Share product photos for catalogue and customer-facing use
- Assist customers via video call shopping, share pricing and customisation options




- Follow up on pending inquiries and close sales with a robust customer experience
- Keep inquiry and order records organized and up to date

What we're looking for:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and basic e-commerce tools
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Someone reliable, presentable, and genuinely interested in sales

Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience
