- Experience: 8–12+ years, with strong OneStream implementation experience
- We are looking for an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions using the OneStream platform.
- The architect will work closely with business, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable OneStream solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead end-to-end OneStream solution architecture, design, and implementation.
- Conduct requirement workshops with Finance, FP&A;, Consolidation, and business stakeholders.
- Design solutions for Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Management Reporting.
- Define application architecture, including Cubes, Dimensions, Workflows, Scenarios, Business Rules, and Data Management.
- Design integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise platforms.




- Provide technical leadership for data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop/review Business Rules, calculations, dashboards, reports, and extensibility solutions.
- Establish OneStream development standards, security models, governance, and deployment practices.
- Lead design reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, testing, and production deployment.
- Guide and mentor OneStream developers and functional consultants.
- Work with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and appropriate solution approaches.
- Support estimations, solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the OneStream platform.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering end-to-end OneStream implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Expertise in OneStream Cube/Dimension design, Workflow, Data Management, Business Rules, security, and reporting.
- Experience with OneStream integration with ERP and other source systems.
- Good knowledge of VB.NET/business-rule scripting and SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation, and financial statements.




- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting complex OneStream applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solution-design skills.
