- This hire is a founding team member
- Source and identify potential providers in target neighbourhoods
- Onboard new providers — profile setup, Government guidance, listing their product
- Be the primary point of contact for providers — day-to-day communication, support, and issue resolution
- Retention — check in regularly, address drop-off risk, keep providers active and selling
- Guide providers on packaging, pricing, and presentation standards
- Track provider performance and flag inactive or at-risk providers
- Run the "current provider" launch/introduction to help them get their first sales

- Effective communication
