Description

- Total IT experience of more than 6 years.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in OMP with Hands-on experiences on development and implementation.
- Should have on functional knowledge on supply planning, detailed scheduling, MRP Process, batch scheduling & Monitoring and related SAP knowledge.
- Ability to resolve complex problems (bugs/performance/issues) with minimal guidance.
- Provide variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, setting setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
- Should proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues.
- Track Incidents to closure and perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents.
