Speakify Academy is looking for a passionate Offline Spoken English Trainer to join our team.

What you'll do:

Conduct in-person, one-on-one and small-batch speaking practice sessions for students. Customize classes based on individual student needs and learning goals. Support students in improving their spoken English and communication skills. Assist with dispatching students to batches and stay available online in the evening to help manage trainers.

What we're looking for:

- Excellent fluency in English
- Proficiency in Malayalam
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work offline/in-person
- Candidates residing in Kerala — preference given to candidates near West Nadakkave, Calicut

Details:

- Offline / In-Person
- Location: West Nadakkav, Calicut
- Monday – Saturday
- 10 AM – 4:30 PM: Offline classroom sessions




- 4:30 PM – 10 PM: Available online to manage trainers and dispatch students
