Responsibilities:

- Perform material characterization using techniques such as XRD analysis.PSD, Sieve analysis etc.
- Handle laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Conduct testing of raw materials and final products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in research and development projects to support product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- work with outside lab and SGRI for any kind of testing and support
- maintain ISO and any kind of audit related work for lab
- Support of customer and supplier visit

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in material characterization and laboratory analysis.
- Familiarity with handling lab equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong understanding of raw material testing and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work setting.

Note: The ideal candidate will have a background in material characterization and possess a passion for research and development.



Additional qualifications such as certifications in related areas will be considered a plus.
