Jaseir Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Online Business Development Executive to help us generate new projects through Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Freelancer and other online platforms.

Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Prepare and submit customized proposals
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn and Facebook
- Send qualified connection requests and messages
- Follow up with prospects and potential clients
- Identify businesses that need WordPress, Shopify, SEO, AI Automation, n8n, Make, Zapier, Kajabi, PHP/Laravel and other IT services
- Manage and update lead/prospect records
- Monitor LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other job platforms for new opportunities
- Assist with company social media posts and basic Canva content
- Maintain daily activity and lead-generation reports

Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Upwork Bidding or Online Sales
- Experience with Upwork is highly preferred
- Good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media
- Strong internet research skills




- Ability to write customized proposals and outreach messages
- Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services
- Good follow-up and communication skills
- Knowledge of Apollo, Hunter, CRM, Canva or LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives*
