We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Office Executive with experience in MIS, data entry, and backend operations. The candidate should have good Excel skills and be capable of managing operational data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend operations, order processing, and inventory management.

- Manage return reconciliation, claim management, and invoice entries/handling.

- Maintain accurate backend operational records and databases.

- Prepare MIS reports, Excel trackers, and management reports.

- Handle data entry, verify information, and identify discrepancies.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for orders, invoices, inventory, returns, and claims.

- Support process improvements and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, backend operations, order processing, or data management.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

- Valuable communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
