Role Description The On-Camera Content Creator & Social Media Presenter is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves appearing on camera to present product features, brand stories, and company updates across social media platforms and other digital channels. The person in this role will plan and record video content, collaborate with the marketing team on scripts and creative concepts, and participate in regular product demonstrations and factory or showroom walkthroughs.

Daily tasks include hosting short video segments, assisting with basic content planning, supporting live sessions or product launches, and engaging with audiences through comments and feedback. The role requires a professional on-screen presence, clear communication,



and the ability to represent the brand consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess on-camera presenting skills, confident public speaking abilities, and robust verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess basic social media content creation skills, including familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in simple script reading or improvisation, story-telling, and clear articulation in English and relevant local languages.
- Candidates should possess collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, production, and sales teams, and follow creative direction.
- Candidates should possess time-management and organizational skills to handle regular filming schedules, content deadlines, and brand guidelines.
- Prior experience in on-camera roles, social media presenting, or influencer-style content is an advantage.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or building materials is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and maintain a qualified appearance and behavior that aligns with the company’s brand image.
