Position: Assistant Manager / Manager (Odoo ERP)

1. Odoo ERP Implementation SCM Plant Location: Rasayani, Patalganga

2. Odoo ERP Implementation – Finance Head Office: Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6–13 Years

Working: 6 Days | 2nd Saturday Off for Head Office Only

Role Purpose The ERP Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management, implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the ERP system (Odoo/Cloud ERP) across Escons Sales, Projects, Service, Factory, SCM, Finance, HR, and Payroll functions.

The role ensures ERP adoption, data integrity, process automation, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Successful ERP implementation and stabilization across all locations

- High user adoption and minimal manual/off-system processes
- Accurate, real-time reporting for management
- Integration of ERP with statutory, operational,



and business workflows

- Continuous improvement and system scalability

Roles & Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Management

- Lead ERP rollout, configuration, customization, and upgrades across departments
- Act as SPOC between Escon and ERP vendor/implementation partner
- Define and document business requirements, workflows, and SOPs
- Ensure timely closure of implementation milestones

Process Mapping & Automation

- Map existing business processes and re-engineer them for ERP optimization
- Eliminate manual interventions and duplicate entries
- Ensure integration between Sales Projects Installation Service Billing Collection

User Management & Training

- Drive user adoption across HO, branches, factories, and site teams
- Conduct role-based ERP training sessions (including refreshers)
- Create user manuals, FAQs, and process notes
- Handle user issues, system gaps, and change management

Data Management & Reporting

- Ensure data accuracy, migration, and validation
- Design and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics
- Support leadership with real-time business intelligence

Module Ownership

- Ownership of key ERP modules including:
- Sales & CRM
- Project & Installation




- Service & AMC
- Purchase & Inventory

- Factory Production
- Finance & Accounting
- HR & Payroll

Compliance & Controls

- Ensure ERP supports statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Payroll, GST readiness)
- Implement approval workflows, access controls, and audit trails
- Support internal and external audits through system reports

System Support & Continuous Improvement

- Manage ERP issues, enhancements, and change requests
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches
- Proactively suggest automation and digital improvements

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Cloud ERP (Odoo preferred)
- Functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Service, Projects, Finance & HR modules
- Understanding of SQL, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Knowledge of workflow automation and access controls

Functional & Soft Skills

- Robust business process understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to train non-technical users
- High problem-solving and analytical skills

Education & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Engineering, or Management
- 7–12 years of ERP experience
- 3–5 years in ERP implementation or ERP manager role
- Experience in manufacturing, EPC, elevators, or service industry preferred
