Job Title: PAM HashiCorp Onboarding Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Working Mode: Hybrid – 3 days from office

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Engineer with strong experience in enterprise secrets management, infrastructure automation, and platform operations. The ideal candidate will design, support, and enhance large-scale

HashiCorp Vault environments, drive automation through Terraform , and ensure the reliability, security, and resilience of the Vault platform. This role requires expertise in enterprise monitoring, incident management, and stakeholder engagement within globally distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise HashiCorp Vault environments with a focus on security, scalability, and resilience.
- Manage Vault Secrets Engines , authentication methods, and consumer onboarding activities.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, failed API calls, and service inefficiencies.
- Design and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, and SCOM .
- Lead major incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation activities.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability and service availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and consumers to implement secure solutions.
- Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and self-service enablement material.
- Support change management activities including out-of-hours deployments and incident support.

Required Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault (on-premises preferred).
- 3+ years of experience using Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of Secrets Management , authentication mechanisms, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed enterprise platforms.
- Experience with enterprise observability and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies using Jira and Jira Service Desk.
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
