- Obstetric Care
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients.

- Conduct and manage normal vaginal deliveries.

- Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies.

- Perform or assist in Caesarean sections and other obstetric procedures as per qualifications and hospital privileges.

- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labour.

- Manage complications such as pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, postpartum haemorrhage, ectopic pregnancy, and other obstetric emergencies.

- Gynaecological Care
- Diagnose and treat common gynaecological conditions.

- Manage menstrual disorders, PCOS, infertility-related concerns, menopause, vaginal infections, and pelvic disorders.

- Perform appropriate gynaecological examinations and procedures.

- Evaluate patients requiring surgical or specialist intervention and arrange referrals where necessary.

- Emergency & Inpatient Care

- Attend obstetric and gynaecological emergencies promptly.

- Examine and manage admitted patients.

- Coordinate with anaesthetists, paediatricians/neonatologists, surgeons, and other specialists when required.

- Participate in emergency duty/roster as assigned by the hospital.Role & responsibilities
