Role Description This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, and develop individualized intervention plans to improve daily living, work, and social participation.

Responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, implementing therapeutic activities, and recommending adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.



The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, family members, and caregivers to coordinate care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

The Occupational

Therapist will maintain clear documentation, educate clients and families about therapy goals and techniques, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and outcome evaluation.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to functional recovery and long-term care.
- Strong Communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children and adolescents with diverse developmental and functional needs.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; current licensure or eligibility as per regional regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage caseloads efficiently, and adapt to a technology-driven organizational environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and basic digital documentation tools; comfort collaborating within an IT-enabled setting.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, continuous learning, and evidence-based interventions.
