- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist nurses with patient care, procedures, and medication-related activities as directed.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control standards.
- Help transfer and reposition patients safely to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
- Observe patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation.
