Job Summary:

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in their home and to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, promotes recovery, and enhances the patients quality of life in the comfort of their home.

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit patients homes as per the schedule and provide nursing care as per physicians orders and nursing protocols.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and manage catheters or feeding tubes as required.
- Provide wound care, post-operative care, and chronic disease management.
- Educate patients and families about disease management, medication, and healthy practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.




- Communicate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervisor or physician promptly.
- Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Respect patient confidentiality and uphold qualified ethics.

Key Requirements:

- GNM/DGNM/ANM/BSc Nursing/MSc Nursing qualified candidates with 2 to 6 years of experienced candidates can apply.
