Experience

- 0- 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience in nursing assistance, healthcare support, medical assistance, hospital/clinic operations, or athlete medical support will be desirable.
- Experience working in a sports, healthcare, rehabilitation, hospital, training centre, or high-performance environment will be an advantage.
- Exposure to assisting qualified medical/healthcare personnel during routine care and procedures will be preferred.
- Experience in maintaining medical records, equipment, and hygiene standards will be desirable.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide supportive assistance in medical and recovery-related services as assigned by competent medical/healthcare personnel.
- Assist with routine athlete care and recovery support within the prescribed scope of work.
- Assist qualified medical personnel during medical procedures and interventions, as permitted under applicable norms and instructions.
- Prepare, arrange, clean, and maintain medical, recovery, and related equipment and areas.
- Support athletes and medical staff during routine recovery and care activities as directed.
- Maintain appropriate medical/support records, registers, and documentation as instructed by competent personnel.




- Assist in ensuring availability and proper handling of required medical and recovery supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, infection prevention, and safety in designated areas.
- Immediately report any observed health, safety, equipment, or facility-related concerns to the concerned medical/healthcare personnel.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and organized medical/recovery environment for athletes and support staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and other authorized personnel as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of athlete/medical information and follow applicable healthcare, safety, and organizational protocols.

• Perform other medical and recovery support duties assigned by competent authorities, within the prescribed scope of work.

Mandatory: Bachelors/Master’s nursing/medical support personnel and requirements of the concerned SAI/TOPS facility.

- Relevant Nursing Assistant/Healthcare Assistant/Medical Support qualification as applicable to the sanctioned position.

Desirable:

- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices, hygiene, patient/athlete care, and medical support procedures.
- Training/certification in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), or related healthcare support will be an advantage.
