- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per their clinical condition and treatment plan.
- Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and examinations.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the doctor/in-charge.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, IV cannulation, and other nursing procedures as per competency.
- Maintain proper medication administration and ensure the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
