Job Title: North Indian Chef (Full time)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate North Indian Chef to join our culinary team in a fast-paced mall environment. You will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare authentic North Indian dishes, including tandoori items, curries, biryanis, and traditional breads (naan, roti, paratha).
- Menu Execution: Maintain consistent recipe standards, portion sizes, presentation, and authentic flavors.
- Kitchen & Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, assist with ordering fresh ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
- Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain strict standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety regulations in accordance with local health codes and mall policies.
- Speed & Service:



Manage high-volume order flow efficiently during peak mall hours and weekends.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Relevant professional culinary experience specializing in North Indian cuisine (experience in mall food courts or high-volume restaurants is a plus).
- Technical Expertise: Expertise in using a traditional tandoor oven, bulk curry preparation, and spice blending.
- Certifications: Food handler or food safety certification preferred.
- Key Traits: Strong time management, ability to thrive under pressure, team player, and attention to detail.
