We are seeking a highly performance-driven Legal Recruiter to recruit and place top legal talent in 100% permanent, full-time positions with leading U.S. law firms, including Am Law firms.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, qualify, and place legal professionals in permanent roles.

- Recruit Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, E-Billing/Billing Professionals, Conflicts, Docketing, Litigation Support, and other law firm staff.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through placement and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other platforms.

- Develop strong relationships with candidates and law firm clients.

- Consistently meet or exceed placement, activity, and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.

- Legal or professional services full-time/permanent recruiting experience strongly preferred.

- Highly competitive, driven, and results-oriented.

- Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
