About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js Developer / Team Lead with expertise in AI integration to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. This role requires a professional with a solid background in backend development, leadership capabilities, and a minimum of one year of industry-specific experience in the iGaming or casino sector. As a key member of our development team, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and microservices, ensuring the integration of AI-powered solutions to enhance gaming platforms.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative gaming and AI solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in backend development, with 1+ year of experience in the iGaming or casino industry.
- Proven expertise in Node.js, Express.js,



and backend architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs and large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, along with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, microservices, and APIs for gaming platforms.
- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions by integrating platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini to enhance gaming experiences.
- Review code, conduct technical evaluations, and enforce quality standards within the team.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, AI, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Handle project planning, task allocation,



and technical decision-making to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Build and maintain real-time systems and RESTful APIs for gaming and casino applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot critical production issues, providing effective technical solutions.
- Research emerging backend and AI technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for technical discussions, updates, and project requirements.
