Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.

- Work with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks.

- Write clean, productive, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Create database queries and manage application data.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

- Assist in developing authentication and authorization systems.

- Debug and troubleshoot backend issues.

- Test APIs and backend functionality.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with web applications.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Maintain technical documentation for APIs and applications.

- Assist with deployment and basic server-side troubleshooting.

Requirements

- Basic to good knowledge of JavaScript.

- Understanding of Node.js and backend development concepts.

- Familiarity with Express.js is preferred.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.





- Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Understanding of Git and GitHub.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Familiarity with React.js or another frontend framework.

- Experience working with MongoDB/Mongoose.

- Understanding of JWT authentication and OAuth.

- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

- Basic knowledge of Docker.

- Understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of webhooks and third-party API integrations.

- Any academic, personal, or freelance project built using Node.js.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra
