Role Overview:

- We are looking for an L3 NOC Engineer Server with strong expertise in Linux/Windows server administration and VMware environments.
- The role involves advanced troubleshooting, virtualization management, performance optimization, upgrades, DR activities, automation, and handling critical escalations while ensuring high availability and infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA for server, OS, and virtualization issues.
- Manage and optimize Linux, Windows, and VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) environments.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, patching, and performance tuning.
- Handle clustering, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
- Manage storage integration, backups, and system performance optimization.
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Guide L2 engineers and handle escalations.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.




- Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS). • Deep understanding of server hardware, storage, RAID, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of backup solutions, DR strategies, and system integration. • Scripting/automation skills (Shell / PowerShell) preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex server, OS, and virtualization issues.

Certifications (Preferred):

- RHCSA / RHCE
- Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure Administrator)
- VMware VCP / VCAP
