About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nexthink Tool Specialist to join our Digital

- Workplace team.

- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Nexthink modules {Sense,

- Act, Engage, (Flow & App Ex will be an edge)}, strong endpoint management capabilities,

- and a proven track record in analytics, problem management, governance, and stakeholder
- engagement. This role is critical in driving proactive IT support, enhancing user experience,

- and ensuring operational excellence across the enterprise.

Essential Job Functions:

Nexthink Platform Management

- Administer and optimize Nexthink modules: Sense, Act, Engage primarily.

- Remain onboard with the platform innovation, enabling enhancements and integration
- with other enterprise solutions.

- Design and deploy remote actions and campaigns to improve endpoint health and user experience.

- Create dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into digital experience metrics.

Endpoint Management

- Monitor and manage endpoint performance using Nexthink and complementary tools

- (e.g., Systrack, Intune, SCCM).

- Implement automation for patch compliance, software deployment, and asset
- utilization.





- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues proactively and reactively.

Problem Management

- Analyze incident trends and root causes using Nexthink insights.

- Collaborate with L2/L3 support teams to implement permanent fixes

Qualifications

- EXP-5-9 years
