Strong hands-on experience with New Relic is a must.
Candidates should possess a clear understanding of the various operational aspects of New Relic.
Familiarity with other application monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic and AWS CloudWatch is a plus.
Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics and logs to detect issues and trends, and recommending and implementing improvements based on the insights gathered from monitoring data.
Should be aware of the Alert Set up mechanism in new relic.
