Key Responsibilities

- Develop new beverage and RTS products based on market trends, consumer requirements, and business needs.

- Work on product formulation, recipe development, and ingredient selection.

- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale product trials and optimize formulations.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Procurement, Packaging, and Marketing teams during product development.

- Identify and evaluate suitable raw materials, ingredients, flavours, additives, and functional ingredients.

- Prepare and maintain formulations, trial reports, product specifications, BOMs, and NPD documentation.

- Conduct sensory evaluation for taste, aroma, colour, texture, and overall product acceptability.

- Work on shelf-life studies and product stability in coordination with the Quality team.

- Support costing and commercial feasibility of new products.





- Coordinate with vendors for samples and ingredient development where required.

- Develop and improve products based on market feedback and consumer preferences.

- Ensure products comply with applicable FSSAI and food safety requirements.

- Coordinate product trials from lab level to pilot and commercial production.

- Troubleshoot formulation and production issues during trials and scale-up.

- Work on product renovation and improvement of existing beverages/RTS products.

- Maintain proper records of all trials, changes, test results, and approvals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
