OM-Sales manages the entire channel sales cycle, from partner introductions and opportunity identification to POCs and deal closure.

Role Description The Network Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing network services that support OM-Sales’ operations and cybersecurity-focused channel activities.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring and administering network devices, managing user access, and ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure. The specialist will troubleshoot network issues, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, and implement improvements aligned with security and compliance requirements.



The role also involves supporting network security initiatives, documenting configurations and procedures, and participating in projects related to infrastructure upgrades and new solution deployments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Networking and Network Services for managing and supporting enterprise-grade infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues.
- Candidates should possess foundational to advanced Network Security skills, including securing network perimeters, access controls, and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, or similar) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with explicit written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and documentation.
