Job Summary

Company: One of Our Clients

Position :Network/Telecom Engineer

Location : Bangalore, KA

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 8-10 Years

Shift Timings: 3 PM-12 AM

Must have:

- Unified Communication Role
- O365 and MS teams, Avaya Configuration and support
- SIP trunking and end points
- VOIP configuration, this includes bandwidth calculations, CODEC types and QoS configuration
- AVAYA certification or any SIP Certification is Mandatory.
- Must have experience in working with different protocols such as (VOIP, H.323, SIP, ISDN)

Other Skills

1.Understanding of UC integration with different products like Client, CC, Data network, etc

- AVAYA certification or any SIP Certification is Mandatory.

Good Understanding of VMware, AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform would be added Advantage.

- Knowledge in Service Delivery,



IT Infrastructure and Operational support
- Demonstrates strong project management skills
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team workplace, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues.
- Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
- Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
