Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network & Support Engineer to manage the company’s network infrastructure, IT systems, hardware, software, and provide technical support to employees. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.

· Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.

· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV Camera and other IT devices.

· Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

· Manage Windows operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

· Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, internet, and email-related issues.

· Perform basic server administration, system updates, and backups.

· Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, networking, and maintenance.

· Ensure network and system security and escalate critical issues when required.





· Provide timely IT support to employees and minimize system downtime.

· Support IT infrastructure requirements for office and factory operations.

Qualification

· B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· CCNA, CompTIA Network , or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Technical Skills

· Networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN

· Routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi

· Windows OS and basic server administration

· Hardware and software troubleshooting

· Network monitoring and troubleshooting

· Basic IT security and backup procedures

Preferred

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or factory IT support will be preferred.
