A) Network Design — (Level 5 Ensure, advise) rnOwn design reviews/verification: standards compliance, segmentation, HA/resiliency, monitoring/telemetry requirements, and recovery routines. rnDefine and validate runbooks for failover, DR drills, and non-disruptive maintenance patterns (e.g., vPC considerations). rnB)



Infrastructure Operations — (Level 5 Ensure, advise) rnLead operational optimization: capacity/performance improvements, alert strategy, lifecycle/EoL risk management. rnDrive automation and assurance practices aligned to CCNP-level capability (automation + assurance + security fundamentals). rnC) Event Monitoring & Incident Management — (Level 3 Apply; often Level 5 during major incidents) rnServe as technical lead for P1 incidents, deep troubleshooting (packet captures, log/telemetry correlation), and cross-team coordination. rnOwn RCA quality: identify systemic fixes and ensure follow-through (CAPA). rnD) Configuration & Release Management — (Level 3 Apply; governance at Level 5) rnOwn upgrade/patch strategy for Catalyst/Nexus/Client and WLAN:
