Essential Job Functions:

What a Typical Day Might Look Like

- Understand problem statements and provide solutions, technical guidelines, and support to ANZ Technology and Business Domains

- Develop detailed implementation plans to meet customer outcomes

- Provide regular updates on EPICs or tasks to maintain a hygienic dashboard

- Work at an intermediate level across program and platform initiatives





- Collaborate with architects, design, delivery, and operations engineers to resolve technology issues and make informed decisions

- Explore and implement new technologies through hands-on engineering and infrastructure development

- Facilitate rapid technical decision-making

- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and related technologies

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment

- At least 12 months of experience in a similar or consulting role

- Proven experience with the following technologies:

- Cisco SD-WAN technology

- Cisco networking infrastructure (VXLAN EVPN, MPLS, LAN, WAN)

- Radware server load balancing and reverse proxy infrastructure

- Network security technologies, including firewalls (Palo Alto and Checkpoint) and policy enforcement devices

- WAN optimization devices (Riverbed Steelhead)

- Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)

- Traffic management technologies (local load balancing, prioritization, etc.)

- Data center and internet gateway network solution design

- Enterprise network solution design

- Enterprise-scale network management systems and automation

Additional Skills & Experience

- Experience with enterprise-level service desk and operational management tools

- ITIL experience

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills





- CCNA or CCNP certification (added advantage)

Must Have Skills

- Palo Alto or Checkpoint Firewalls

- Cisco Routing & Switching

- Solid Networking Concepts

- Load Balancing Technologies – Radware, Citrix, or F5

- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
