Essential Job Functions:

- Handle tickets / service requests in SLA timelines.
- Perform troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN environments).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and operational guidelines.
- Support installation, configuration, and migration activities.
- Maintain maximum uptime as per SLA commitments.
- Mentor and support junior team members [Network_L2 | Word]

Qualifications:

Skill Requirements

- Routing & Switching (Cisco)

- Firewall basics (Cisco / Palo Alto)

Operational Scope
- Work in 24x7 / shift environment (if applicable)
- Follow ITIL practices (Incident / Change / Problem management)

Typical Qualification
- 4–7 years in Network Data domain
- Certification: CCNA (mandatory), CCNP (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise network support (NOC / Operations)
