About The Job:

- We are looking for a Network Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN technologies, cloud connectivity, and network security operations.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting incidents, implementing changes, and supporting network modernization initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.

Essential Job Function:

Core Networking, SD-WAN & SASE

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching environments (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs).

- Support WAN, LAN, and wireless network operations.

- Assist in deployment and administration of SD-WAN and SASE solutions such as Cisco Viptela, Meraki, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, Zscaler, or Prisma Access.

- Resolve network incidents, service requests, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Support VPN connectivity, remote access technologies, and network security controls.

Cloud Networking & Automation

- Support cloud networking environments including AWS VPC, Azure VNet, and hybrid network connectivity.

- Assist in implementing and maintaining cloud connectivity solutions such as ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Transit Gateway.

- Utilize automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or Terraform for routine network tasks.





- Participate in configuration backups, compliance validation, and operational health checks.

Documentation & Operational Support

- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Support change implementation activities following organizational change management processes.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve networking issues.

- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements to enhance availability and reliability.

Qualification

Required Skills &

Experience

- Hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs).

- Exposure to SD-WAN and SASE technologies.

- Experience supporting cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of network security concepts including firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and load balancers.

- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Understanding of network documentation and operational processes.

Soft Skills &

Competencies

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment if required.

- Team-oriented approach with willingness to learn advanced networking technologies.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- CCNA or CCNP Enterprise Certification.

- Exposure to Zscaler, Prisma Access, Fortinet, or Cisco SD-WAN solutions.





- Basic knowledge of network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

Certification Requirements

- CCNA Enterprise – Preferred

- CCNP Enterprise – Good to Have

- AWS Cloud Practitioner / Azure Fundamentals – Preferred
