Key Responsibilities

- Design & Implementation: Deploy Cisco SDA solutions, including fabric design and control-plane/data-plane configurations.
- Technical Support: Provide L3 support for complex incidents, perform RCA, and implement robust permanent resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate SDA solutions with existing network infrastructure and corporate security policies.
- Optimization: Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of SDA fabric components.
- Documentation: Maintain network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Compliance: Ensure network operations and designs adhere to Cisco security standards and industry best practices.





Required Technical Skills

- Deep expertise in Cisco SDA architecture, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), Cisco ISE, and Catalyst switching platforms.
- Strong command of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, and LISP.
- Positive to have: Network automation/programming using Python, Ansible, and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues in enterprise-scale network environments.
- Proficiency in Cisco security solutions, particularly Cisco ISE.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively within global crossfunctional teams
