◆ Role Overview The Network Architect is the most versatile technical authority in the Solution Engineering team, covering the full spectrum of IP networking from ISP backbone design to enterprise SD-WAN, NFV, SASE, and GPON/FTTH access deployments. This role is critical to the MSI business where integrated network solutions are central to large deal pursuits. The architect must combine CCIE-level depth with the commercial acumen to shape multi-vendor network proposals for carrier, enterprise, and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

? Architect carrier-grade IP/MPLS backbone, metro Ethernet, and service provider networks.

? Design enterprise routing and switching solutions leveraging BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN-VXLAN, and network automation.

? Lead SD-WAN solution design using Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, and Nokia Nuage platforms.

? Architect SASE solutions including ZTNA, CASB, SWG, FWaaS, and Secure SD-WAN.

? Design GPON/XGS-PON and FTTH networks, including OLT/ONT sizing, OSP design, and BSS/OSS integration.

? Develop NFV/SDN architectures using OpenStack, Kubernetes, ONAP, and virtualized network functions.

? Create HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, migration strategies,



and technical proposals.

? Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, PoCs, and executive-level presentations.

? Collaborate with sales teams, OEMs, and customers to shape and win strategic opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

? B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
