NetApp Storage Administrator – L2

Location: Bangalore – Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 5 years in NetApp storage administration

CTC: ₹10–15 LPA

Employment: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced NetApp Storage Administrator to independently manage and support the NetApp storage environment for the Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage NetApp FAS/AFF/ASA platforms using ONTAP CLI and System Manager.
- Administer SVMs, aggregates, volumes, qtrees, LUNs, and export policies.
- Manage NFS, SMB/CIFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel protocols.
- Handle snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor storage health, capacity, and performance using Active IQ and Unified Manager.
- Troubleshoot storage, connectivity, multipathing, capacity, and performance issues.
- Perform ONTAP upgrades, capacity planning, incident resolution, RCA, and vendor coordination.
- Support VMware, Windows, Linux, and backup-platform integrations.




- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with global teams.
- Support planned on-call or after-hours activities when required.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetApp experience .
- Strong expertise in Clustered Data ONTAP, CLI, and System Manager .
- Hands-on experience with multiprotocol storage and NetApp data-protection solutions.
- Ability to independently manage a production storage setting.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity-management skills.
- Currently based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office.
- Expected CTC within ₹10–15 LPA .

Preferred: NCDA/NCIE certification, VMware integration, SAN, Cloud Volumes ONTAP, Azure NetApp Files, PowerShell, Ansible, Python, or REST APIs.
