Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Netsuite techno functional role based in Noida. The Netsuite techno functional professional will configure and customize Netsuite modules, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and support end-to-end implementation activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, performing system integrations, conducting functional testing, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

The role involves preparing documentation, user guides, and training materials,



as well as supporting users during deployment, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements to the Netsuite platform. The skilled will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess system impacts, and optimize Netsuite configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document functional specifications, and provide user training and support.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Process understanding, particularly in areas such as finance, supply chain, and CRM, to design practical Netsuite solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Functional Testing to validate configurations, customizations, and workflows against defined business scenarios.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for working with APIs, middleware, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow between Netsuite and other applications.
- Hands-on experience with Netsuite configuration, customization (SuiteScript, workflows), and reporting is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in techno functional roles within ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and exposure to large-scale implementations will be an advantage.
