Essential Job Functions:

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project execution.

- Project Planning: Oversee project planning sessions, define project scope, create timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

- Technical Oversight: Ensure high-quality code through regular reviews, address technical challenges, and make critical decisions on architecture and design.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, and product management, to integrate requirements into the development process.

- Problem-Solving: Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions to enhance development processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- EXP-8+years

Required Skills

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with proven experience in a lead or senior developer role.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, web services, APIs, and third-party libraries.





- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is often preferred.
