About The Job:

- We are seeking a passionate and experienced .NET Full Stack faculty to join our TD team.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development using Microsoft .NET technologies and a strong desire to mentor and teach aspiring developers.

Essential Job Functions:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on .NET Full Stack technologies.

- Conduct regular Q&A; sessions to clarify student doubts and reinforce learning.

- Make sessions interactive through live coding, quizzes, and group activities.

- Create and maintain high-quality training content, including PowerPoint presentations, assignments, and project briefs.

- Develop and update course content aligned with industry standards.

- Guide students through hands-on labs and real-world projects.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.

- Collaborate with industry partners to improve course delivery.

- Openness to pick up current tech skills in adjacent areas and adapt to the TD function needs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in .NET Full Stack development.

- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.





- Passion for teaching and helping others grow.

- Experience with agile development and software engineering practices.

- Data modeling and normalization

- Deployment

- Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Docker , Containerization

- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

- IIS configuration and deployment

- Cloud platforms: Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage), AWS basics

- Testing & Debugging:

- Unit Testing (xUnit, NUnit)

- Postman / Swagger for API testing

- Tools & IDEs:

- Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code

- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
