We are seeking a highly qualified Nephro-Surgeon / Transplant Urologist to join our surgical team. The successful candidate will specialize in operative interventions for complex renal diseases, including kidney transplants, advanced urological surgeries, and vascular access procedures for dialysis patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Surgical Operations: Perform kidney transplantation (donor nephrectomy and recipient implantation), endourological procedures, laparoscopic/robotic renal surgeries, and complex vascular access surgeries (AV fistula creation/repair).
- Clinical Assessment & Pre-Op Care: Evaluate patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), renal masses, and complex urological obstructions to formulate operative care plans.
- Post-Operative & Critical Care Management: Oversee post-transplant recovery, monitor graft function, manage immunosuppression protocols, and handle post-surgical complications in coordination with Nephrologists.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside Nephrologists,



Transplant Coordinators, Anesthetists, and ICU teams to manage transplant listings and patient care.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure strict adherence to organ transplantation laws, hospital ethical standards, and medical regulatory guidelines (e.g., NOTTO / local organ transplant authorities).

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: MBBS followed by MS/DNB in General Surgery and MCh/DNB in Urology or Renal Transplant Surgery.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the national/state Medical Council.
- Experience: 3+ years of post-MCh/DNB experience, with a proven track record in living and deceased donor kidney transplants and vascular access operations.
- Key Skills: Expertise in open, laparoscopic, and robotic renal surgeries, microsurgical techniques for AV fistulas, critical care management, and rapid crisis intervention.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
