Eligibility / Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting & Finance (BAF), Management (BMS/BBA), or similar degree.

Relevant Experience: 0 to 4 Years

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Client Onboarding & Compliance: Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, CKYC/KRA updates, account modifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Investment Execution: Seamlessly execute clients' customized mutual fund investment plans, systematic investment plans (SIPs), transactions, and rebalancing requests.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Review: Track client investment portfolios, prepare periodic review reports, and assist in monitoring portfolio performance against benchmark metrics.
- Plan Refinement: Assist in modifying investment strategies to align with evolving market dynamics and individual client goal timelines.
- Mutual Fund & Market Research: Conduct fundamental analysis of mutual fund schemes, fund manager performance, asset allocation strategies, and macroeconomic trends.
- Operational Excellence: Identify operational inefficiencies, resolve client queries, and contribute to establishing digitized, scalable back-office systems.
- IEPF Claims: Assists clients in reclaiming their investments transferred to Investor Education & Protection Authority.

Preferred Skill Sets

- Domain Knowledge: Strong fundamental understanding of personal finance, mutual funds, and capital markets.
- Communication Skills: Good command over English (written & spoken) & Hindi (spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy, record-keeping, and setting up structured office workflows.
- Tech & Optimization Mindset: Keen interest in digitization, process automation, and utilizing tech tools for operational efficiency.
- Accounting Basics (Optional): Basic knowledge of Tally,



GST, or financial accounting principles will be an added advantage.
