About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our music academy. The ideal candidate should have strong musical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to teach students of different ages and skill levels in an engaging and encouraging manner.

The teacher will be responsible for conducting individual and group music classes, developing students' musical abilities, and helping them build confidence and creativity through music.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging music lessons for children, teenagers, and/or adults.
- Teach students according to their age, level, and learning goals.
- Provide practical and theoretical music training.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.
- Teach proper technique, rhythm, timing, notation, and musical expression.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for performances, examinations, competitions, and recitals where applicable.
- Encourage students to practice regularly and develop their musical skills.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in academy events, workshops, concerts, and other activities.
- Maintain skilled standards and contribute positively to the academy's learning environment.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal education, certification, or equivalent training in Music is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in the relevant instrument/vocal discipline.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of music theory and practical performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and abilities.
- Passion for teaching and developing new musicians.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to create an enjoyable and motivating learning experience.

Preferred Specializations Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:
