About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- The software engineer - Integration Platforms team is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of application interfaces and supporting middleware integration tasks.

- This role involves troubleshooting, supporting integration flows, and assisting with application integration using tools like MuleSoft (anypoint Platform, Runtime, APIM etc), and others.

- The professional will also contribute to cloud-based application development and troubleshooting across the complete cloud stack (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) while collaborating with project managers and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Middleware Integration

- Support integration of in-house applications, databases, and systems with third-party applications using tools like MuleSoft (anypoint Platform, Runtime, APIM etc).

Application Interface Development

- Assist in developing and maintaining application interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Troubleshooting and Support

- Provide troubleshooting and support for middleware-related integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Cloud Application Support

- Work on the deployment and troubleshooting of cloud-based applications across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft Azure, AWS).

API Management

- Assist in the development and management of APIs, including pre-scripting, post-scripting, and integration testing for seamless communication between systems.

Collaboration and Communication

- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive an optimized solution within the known constraints and technical requirements.

Documentation

- Ensure that integration-related documentation is maintained accurately, including interface designs, flow diagrams, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Experience Required: 4 - 6 years of experience.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft (anypoint Platform, Runtime, APIM etc).





- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and related tools.

Functional Skills/Competencies:

- MuleSoft

- MuleSoft Certified Developer with extensive experience in Mule/ESB development.

- Solid expertise in REST and SOAP web services, including the use of various Mule connectors.

- Skilled in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio to design and develop seamless integrations between applications.

- Well-versed with MuleSoft components, workflows, and patterns, with the ability to configure them effectively.

- Proven experience in Architectural Design and enterprise business integration within Mule ESB.

- Hands-on experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ERP applications.

- Strong background in Mule ESB best practices and experience in administrating the platform.

- In-depth knowledge of Mule CloudHub (v3.x or 4.x).

- Experience with Kafka, Messaging (JMS), Web APIs (SOAP, REST), and various authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML.

- Proficient with development tools including GitHub and Maven.

- Thorough understanding of cloud architecture for enterprise applications.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams and work cross-functionally.

- Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of all integration processes and solutions.
