Job Summary:

Viobility Research Private Limited is hiring an MTS – Field & Office Support. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting samples, supporting office work, and assisting with marketing and other field-related activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and deliver samples from designated locations.
- Visit clients/customers as assigned by the company.
- Handle documents, files and other office materials.
- Support day-to-day office and administrative activities.
- Assist in field operations and local coordination.
- Maintain records of field visits and assigned activities.
- Submit field visit/collection details to the reporting manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Valid vehicle documents and legally compliant vehicle required.
- Knowledge of Dehradun/local routes preferred.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Android smartphone required.
- Candidate must be comfortable with regular local field travel.
- Fresher candidates may also apply.

Salary & Travel Reimbursement:

- Salary: As per applicable minimum wage requirements and company policy.




- Salary will be fixed according to the applicable employment category and prevailing government wage notification.
- Official Travel Reimbursement: ₹2.50 per kilometre for approved official travel using the employee's own vehicle.
- The ₹2.50/km travel reimbursement is separate from salary/wages and will be payable against eligible official travel as per company records/policy.
- Statutory deductions and benefits, wherever applicable, will be provided as per applicable law.

Preferred Candidate:
