Key Responsibilities Analyze customer use cases, feature requests and product requirements Develop architecture and design documents Design and implement software using C / Go Develop unit tests and automate testing using Python & CI/CD Troubleshoot and resolve customer and production issues Perform code/design reviews and ensure high-quality, serviceable software Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams Required Skills Strong C programming skills Linux system software development – multi-core, multi-process & multi-threading Strong networking and switching software development experience Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, VLAN,



FDB, RIB/FIB, ARP, VXLAN, GRE, IPsec, ACL, PBR, DHCP & QoS Experience with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, PIM Experience with ASIC-based networking datapath or VPP Understanding of MAC/PHY, SFP, Ethernet, Copper/Fiber and PoE Experience debugging customer/production issues Valuable to Have Go, Python SONiC Broadcom ICOS gRPC, Protobuf, JSON, Redis Network Security: MACsec, IPsec, NAC, Firewall, IDS/IPS Senior engineers should be able to work independently and take ownership of complex networking software development.
