Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions,



maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships; resolve escalated queries and disputes.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments for streamlined operations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing schedules and reports.
- Monitor and maintain AP aging reports and ensure timely clearing of outstanding liabilities.
