Financial Planning, Financial Analysis & MIS Prepare annual financial plans for group including sale, material cost, overhead, manpower cost, capex and working capitalAsses detailed profitability and impact of various pricing conditionsDetailed periodic analysis of overheadsPrepare reports on competitor analysis domestic as well as global and economic analysisBusiness opportunity evaluations Evaluate M&A; Chance in domestic & international markets and provide valuation of opportunitiesProvide support for due diligence and deal structuringSupport in transaction closure and post closure integration on the Finance & Business frontCapex Evaluation Detailed evaluation of capital expenditure proposals submitted by different functionsQualifications MBA Finance Top tier campus or CA 1st attemptPrevious Experience Experience in MIS, Planning & Review
