nWe are looking for an experienced Actuarial Pricing professional with solid expertise in Group Insurance pricing and profitability management.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead Group Insurance pricing, profitability and pricing governancen
- Develop and review actuarial models, pricing assumptions and analyticsn
- Analyse underwriting, claims and reinsurance experience and incorporate insights into pricing assumptionsn
- Drive portfolio profitability, pricing margins and VNB objectivesn
- Support new product launches and pricing initiativesn
- Lead actuarial support for reinsurance strategy and treaty negotiationsn
- Ensure IRDAI compliance, product approvals and regulatory requirementsn
- Improve pricing processes, automation and efficiencyn
- Lead, mentor and develop the pricing actuarial teamn




- Collaborate with Business, Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Operations and Reinsurance stakeholdersn

nRequirements
n
- n
- 4+ years of actuarial experience in Life Insurance with significant Group Insurance pricing experiencen
- FIAI / equivalent actuarial qualification preferredn
- Strong knowledge of actuarial modelling, pricing, profitability, IRDAI regulations and reinsurancen
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsn
- Experience in team leadership and influencing senior stakeholdersn
