n? Role Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
nThe ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
n? Key Responsibilities
nPower Platform & CRM Solution Development
n
- n
- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM.n
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.n
- Design and develop scalable cloud automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Data Flows, and Azure Service Bus.n
- Design optimized Dataverse data models, business rules, relationships, and security frameworks.n




- Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.n
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and external systems.n

nSolution Architecture & Technical Leadership
n
- n
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents.n
- Define integration and data architecture strategies.n
- Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.n
- Conduct technical design and code reviews.n
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.n

nALM & DevOps
n
- n
- Manage Power Platform solution packaging and deployments, including Managed Solutions.n
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Build Tools.n
- Configure and manage Environment Variables and Connection References across environments.n
- Configure Service Principals, Workplace
