Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and support production systems in cloud environments.
- Operate and monitor cloud services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement and maintain operational monitoring metrics for cloud services.
- Apply best practices for networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
Automation & CI/CD:
- Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Support CI/CD processes using GitHub and Terraform; experience with cloud-native CI/CD solutions preferred.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations and incident resolution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
