Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
- Take full ownership of the Product Claims feature team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and Indian insurance market needs.
- Maintain a clear, prioritized list of work items aligned with business objectives.
- Write epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to deliver value and quality to customers.

Strategic Initiatives:
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives under guidance from senior colleagues.
- Tailor initiatives to the Indian insurance landscape and regulatory setting.

Product Vision and Advocacy:
- Build consensus around the product vision internally and externally.
- Act as the ambassador for the BMP product area in the context of the Indian market.

System Integration:
- Guide implementation requirements connecting core systems like OPUS, BMP, and third-party systems.
- Ensure seamless integration, functionality, and user experience.

Project Management:
- Communicate project objectives, plan timelines,



and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and market demands.

Operational Excellence:
- Contribute to operational processes following agreed standards and timelines.
- Support continuous improvement through innovation and excellence in claims management.

Backlog Management:
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Oversee committed epics and their timely execution.

End-to-End Process Understanding:
- Understand requirements in the context of end-to-end processes.
- Tailor processes to the specific dynamics of the Indian insurance market.

Collaborative Action:
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams where interdependencies exist.
